We offer two locations including Del Mar and Point Loma. Del Mar Appointments are available on Wednesday's and Saturday's.
Point Loma Appointments are available on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Client Cancellation Policy: 

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment.
If you miss or cancel the day of your appointment
there will be a $45.00 charge. 

We often have a waiting list and another dog may be able to utilize your cancelled time slot. We realize emergency situations occur and certainly will not charge under these circumstances.

RAIN OR SHINE we swim, your dog gets wet either way!
We will call to cancel if there is thunder & lightning.

Safety Rules 


DOGS SECURELY LEASHED: All dogs must be securely leashed at all times. A dog off leash can lead to a number of safety problems for themselves, other dogs and humans.

DO NOT APPROACH: Never approach another dog without getting its handler's consent.They may appear friendly; but we do not want to find out otherwise by a bad experience!

PRE POTTY & WALK YOUR DOG: Please potty your dog prior to arriving at your appointment. We want to respect our generous homeowners and surrounding neighbors yards. If you haven't been successful with a dog potty prior to arriving for your swim, ask where it is appropriate to potty your dog on site. We have doggie deposit bags should you need them. Be aware; dogs need to urinate quickly after their swim! Contrary to popular belief, dogs do not urinate in the pool.

POOP ALERT! Absolutely no dog pooping in the pool, this is extremely important. Each time a dog has a poop accident in the pool, there will be a $100 charge to decontaminate the pool water and clean the filter. We may also have to cancel clients for the remainder of the day; "shock" the pool with chemicals and run the pool system for 24 hours. It is of utmost importance that a dog has pooped prior to their swim. If you know it is a problem consider skipping the evening feeding the night before swim day.

BRUSHED & BATHED: Make sure your dog is thoroughly brushed and recently bathed. Keeping the pool as clean as possible helps keep your costs down, as pool maintenance is our greatest expense! We have a grooming tool and a "Furminator" for you to use if you are not able to brush at home.

NO FLEAS ALLOWED: A flea infested dog will result in you appointment be cancelled on site, as the fleas will climb onto other swimmers.

OPEN WOUNDS & SKIN CONDITIONS: If there are any open wounds please discuss with the staff. We should be ready to swim as soon as stitches are removed after surgical procedures. Severe skin allergies / conditions may not be permitted; we will evaluate your dog.
